Attention customers, during this time of uncertainty, Marche Hintonburg Market will remain open to serve our community the best we can. We will be implementing a few policies to ensure the health of both the customers we serve and the employees here to serve. Effective Immediately, we will be operating at reduced hours, closing 1 hour earlier than normal. Our temporary hours will be 8am-7pm during the week, and 9am – 6pm on weekends. We as a staff our doing our utmost to provide a safe and clean environment for our customers, providing gloves and keeping the area sanitized and disinfected as much as possible. Please do your part in helping us by limiting your exposure to staff and other customers as much as possible. We will be implementing a new rule limiting the number of customers allowed in the store at any given time and putting guidelines in place to help customers practice social distancing. If you need groceries but do not want to enter the store, call us at 613 722 2777, we can assemble orders for customers ahead of time and limit the amount of time spent inside, unfortunately at this time we will not be able to accept payment over the phone or online. Deliveries are also unavailable. If you are feeling ill or recently returned from overseas please stay home, our staff is needed here to ensure Marche Hintonburg can continue to operate. We love to be able provide food to our community, we are truly lucky to have such a wonderful client base. We are also currently working as hard as we can to restock and continue to provide you the high-quality products you love, please be patient with us as we continue to do so as much as the supply allows us. During this time many items have become unavailable, and with the uncertainty surrounding their availability we cannot guarantee certain items will be in stock. Thanks again to you all, we love our community and cannot wait until this event passes to return to the Marche you’ve all come to enjoy. Thank-You for your understanding during these tough times. We will get through this.
